LEIF & LORENTZ SANDING MACHINE Sanding Speed- 1 - 8 meters wood per minute. Machine Lelo KS MS 1000mm sanding machine with two top roller and two side roller. 4 heads in
total. Max. Working width 1000mm.
The two sides rollers is adjustable to prepare edges from 5mm width to 1000mm.
Support table in the back of the machine is used for the edges with the two side units.
All sending heads are adjustable and reversible through a frequency inverter for added
quality adjustability.
The sanding heads are able to run in both rotations by changing the rotation direction of
sanding drums. So the sanding heads will be fitted with double sided sanding brushes. So
running normal rotation it can sand grit size 120 and when running reverse its can sand by
grit size i.e. 220.
Four 100mm dust ports keep the dust contained for clean working environment .
The top rollers are 200mm in diameter. The side units are 200mm in diameter.
Motor on top unit 1.1kw, motor conveyer 0.37kw, side sanding motors 0.75kw.
Machine weight is 500kg. Machine dimensions L= 130cm x W= 120cm x H= 134cm.
